This is a great article! This time of year we all tend to travel a lot and that can be a huge barrier for exercise. I love the idea of walking around the airport and it’s something that I do too. I figure, you are going to be sitting for hours on the plane, why sit now? Git a little exercise and walk around while you can! I also like to suggest to my clients to schedule your workouts while your traveling. Even more so than when you are at home, your schedule can be out of your control or quite hectic. Plan your workout time in advance and don’t like anything get in the way. Let others know this time is your workout time and you will be back when you are finished.
