Really interesting post! We all know how amazing exercise can make us feel when we’re stressed but you’re right – there are limits to the body. If you only use exercise as the tool for stress management, it’s likely that you will end up injuring yourself. Then you’re stuck in a position where you can no longer use intense workouts when you’re stressed! I think you’re right – it’s important to get help from other sources and get to the root of the issue.
